Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of your necklace.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
